Prior experience on the IT Service Desk

A strong customer focus and strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to answer phones confidently - Experience documenting incidents through the service management capability

Experience with; AD, User accounts management, resource groups, distribution lists, front facing exchange features and elevated permissions

Flexibility with working roster - To be physically capable of moving and lifting equipment such as monitors, desk printers & other general IT assets

Managing allocated workload and priorities on a day to day basis

**Required skills and knowledge**:
Demonstrated experience in an ICT environment

Demonstrated experience working with Executive and Ministers

Ability to communicate effectively across all ICT support levels
