We are recruiting for an experienced fulltime Supervisor to join our team at L'Americano Canberra. Located at Canberra centre.

**The Role**
- Provide a high-quality service to patrons
- Managing a team
- Working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure that the service of the Café are of the highest standard
- Stock management and control
- Training service staff in new menus and beverages

**About You**
- 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role in a busy and successful venue
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and making a great impression
- Barista Skills with latte art
- Experience in cash up process
- Experienced in stock control and ordering
- Valid RSA
- Full Australian work rights
