**Location: Parkes**
**Full-time, ongoing opportunity**
**Grade 5/6 -**$97,027 - $107,059 p.a.**+ superannuation and annual leave loading**
**Flexible work practices including flexible working hours, 35-hour week and flex leave**

**Your role**
- The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Community Service Centres CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.
- You will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services. A major aspect of your role is to ensure client focused and consistent high quality service delivery across DCJ CSCs.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in managing a team in a high-pressure environment delivering services to vulnerable clients.
- High level of organisation skills and time management.
- High level ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Developing team capabilities whilst supporting a culture of integrity and professionalism
- Working through challenges with flexibility and solution focused outcomes
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
