**About Elabor8 Academy**

The Academy plays a key role at Elabor8, both as a core product offering and as the Knowledge & Practice pollinator for our awesome practitioners.

We currently offer a series of official courseware certified by Scrum.org, Scaled Agile (SAFE) and Management 3.0 and a series of custom workshops and courses that we have developed to support the professional development of our own consultant, that we now offer through our academy. We offer our courses both publicly and privately to our clients.

**Our Head of Academy's main responsibilities are**:
**Management**
- Direct and govern strategy for Academy business
- Govern the P&L and the Academy business within the overall Elabor8 business model and within key Business KPIs as set by Finance and the CEO
- Monitor and Manage Course and Trainer performance through course feedback and analytics.

**Sales and Client Management**
- Govern the overall Marketing Strategy for both the public and private academy
- Manage business development for Academy products and offerings and work with the wider client services team to contribute to ‘bundled’ services proposals that include Academy products.
- Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders of importance to the Academy such as Heads of Learning and Development / People and Culture.

**Product**
- Perform customer and market research to inform Academy service offering
- Design and build Intellectual Property for Academy Offering and Capabilities
- Monitor course analytics and tune course offerings to client feedback.

**Delivery**
- Deliver sophisticated Academy offerings such as Agile for Senior Leaders
- Consult clients in the delivery of their internal Agile Learning and Capability.

**About you**

You have Agile experience/certifications, Training experience/certifications and Management experience/certifications

You have experience working within a B2B sales environment with success selling to medium and large corporates.

You are confident in your business acumen and ability to work effectively within a leadership/executive role with financial accountability.

You are comfortable travelling regularly (APAC region) to sell and manage Academy products and offerings.
