**Australian International Academy of Education Inc. (AIAE Inc./AIA)**, established in 1983, is an independent, progressive, co-educational school with four campuses across Melbourne. **Child Safety Responsibilities**

The Australian International Academy of Education is committed to the safety and well-being of all children and young people. As part of this role, you will:

- Adhere strictly to the Academy’s Child Safe policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments for students.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times when working with or around children.
- Ensure all images and content created respect child safety and privacy requirements and follow the Academy’s privacy guidelines.

**Expectations**
- All staff at AIAE are expected to:

- Act in accordance with school policies, including Child Safe Standards.
- Promote a culture of respect and safety for all children.
- Work collaboratively to represent the Academy’s values and mission through their work.
- Undertake regular Child Safe professional learning and development on campus and off campus.
- Attending annual ‘Mandatory Reporting’ - Child Safe professional development learning.

Pay: $82,021.00 - $120,895.00 per year
