We require a Development Manager or an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our Atherstone development team. Perfectly positioned just 40kms west of Melbourne's CBD and home to the future Cobblebank CBD. Atherstone is a masterplanned community with a reputation for being ahead of the curve and it doesn’t disappoint. From the state-of-the-art fitness facilities and new train station to the future retail and commercial hub, Atherstone residents have a lot to smile about.

Based at our Head office in Melbourne, as Development Manager or ADM you will play a role in the delivery of this large master-planned community through demonstrated experience in the complete development cycle; including, but not limited to brief preparation, design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand-over and customer service.

Reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager you will be tertiary qualified in Development, Financial, Planning, Property, Economics or a related field as well as previous experience in land development, medium density and residential built form development and/or master planned residential development delivery.

A proactive, self-start attitude coupled with strong commercial acumen is essential; strong cultural fit is essential, and we are looking for someone that is focussed on team and project performance and is aligned with our corporate values.
