Our client, a Global Manufacturer of Lubricants for the mining and automotive industries, is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to take responsibility for the design, implementation, and improvement of the companies' Quality Management System ensuring the company's statutory and contractual duties are fulfilled and exceeded.

Our client, a Global Manufacturer of Lubricants for the mining and automotive industries, is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to take responsibility for the design, implementation, and improvement of the companies' Quality Management System ensuring the company's statutory and contractual duties are fulfilled and exceeded. This role will form part of the Senior Leadership Team leading and managing Quality Assurance utilising their strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to complement their comprehensive knowledge of state and federal legislative requirements and in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Continuous implementation of procedures described in the Integrated Management System and ensure compliance
- Champion a program for the implementation and sustainment of a continuous improvement culture
- Management reporting and presentations
- Attend regular Global Quality Meetings (in person or online meetings)
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Supply Chain Quality Management
- Participate in the development of new systems and procedures

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, ideally from a chemical, industrial, manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems such as QA, GHS, Schedule 11, ISO 9001,Environmental 14001, IATF 16949 Systems management, and accreditation imperative.
- Internal Quality Audit qualification.
- Experience in management report writing
- Interest in utilising data technologies and workflows highly desirable
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
