Product Deployment Specialist

**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated **Product Deployment Specialist** to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and adoption of our products and services across diverse client environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute tailored deployment plans that meet client needs, drawing on your mining industry expertise.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, deliver product demonstrations, gather feedback, and communicate insights back to internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure clients understand and effectively use the products.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during deployment, offering tailored solutions to mining sector challenges.
- Document processes, best practices, and client feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, marketing, customer support) to integrate customer insights into product enhancements and the roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Ensure all deployments meet quality standards and comply with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with client engineering and management teams, fostering trust and gathering deeper insights into customer needs.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Industry experience: Previous exposure to mining, industrial, or heavy engineering sectors is highly advantageous.
- Technical expertise: Strong understanding of deployment, installation, or technical support processes, ideally with hardware/electronics or lighting solutions.
- Customer focus: Proven ability to engage with clients at all levels, from frontline operators to senior management.
- Communication skills: Confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and capable of shaping the role as it evolves.
- Problem-solving mindset: Able to diagnose challenges quickly and develop practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Team collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate across teams, including engineers and sales, to integrate technical and customer insights.
- Work ethic: Self-driven, reliable, and committed to delivering results with integrity.
