**HiHR Recruitment** is a bilingual recruitment agency specialising in connecting exceptional talent with leading organisations across Australia.

We are currently assisting one of our clients in the search for a full-time **HR Officer**.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate teacher recruitment based on departmental staffing needs.
- Expand and manage recruitment channels, arrange interviews, and facilitate onboarding procedures.
- Identify potential teaching talent and maintain regular communication with part-time teachers.
- Understand their work progress and needs to enhance job satisfaction and promote company culture.
- Plan and organise staff events to strengthen team cohesion and foster a sense of belonging.
- Provide day-to-day HR support.
- Collaborate with the administrative and other departments to handle employee matters and address concerns effectively.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; major in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with good teamwork capabilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and highly responsible, with a strong team spirit.
- Prior recruitment experience in the education or training industry is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
