As part of the businesses substantial growth over the last six years, we are looking at filling a role like no other. Think Administrative Assistant cross Customer Service Extraordinaire. The purpose of this role is to assist with in-bound enquiries, contact interested leads, assist towards the business growth and the company directors.

**Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in a similar position with Tasks including**:

- Customer Service
- Telephone Experience
- Retail/ Sales Experience
- Liaising with Customers
- Scanning and Electronic Filing
- General Administration
- Beauty Industry Experience (preferred)
- Highly professional individual, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, project manage and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, proactively and displaying initiative
- Previous experience as an assistant, administrative experience or customer service based role is highly favoured upon
- A highly resourceful team-player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to identify and lead improvements & efficiencies
- Strong computer literacy skills with the capacity to work within data management and booking software systems and Microsoft Office 365 suite/Google Workspace, Etc.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of team

Pay: $300.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week

Supplementary Pay:
