An exciting and rare opportunity has become available to join Fitcover in the role of Customer Service Officer. Fitcover is Australia’s first and leading active beauty brand making an impact globally.

**About Us**

We are Australia's first and largest all-natural & sweat-proof makeup brand. Since launching, we've also managed to get more women in the gym and feel amazing about themselves.

Fitcover sells products worldwide, with our main warehouses in Adelaide and the USA. Our HQ is located on the sunny Gold Coast just 5 mins from the beach.

**Overview of this role**

This role is 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead customer service for our ecommerce brand
- Responsible for customer happiness and satisfaction
- Responsible for shade matching, product recommendations and order changes
- Respond to customers in a timely and resolution-focused manner
- Work across multiple platforms such as online live chat and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and supportive negotiation skills
- Administration support when necessary

**Skills and experience**
- Positive, bubbly, ambitious with great energy to be around
- A courteous, respectful, and empathetic approach to client interaction and solutions
- Strong customer care experience
- Beauty industry experience a bonus
- Experience in all social media platforms, Shopify and customer service platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively solve any arising challenges
- Exceptional time management, prioritising, and organisational skills
- A proactive and innovative individual who seeks to continually optimise processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen customer experience
