**About the Role**

We are looking for a dedicated and personable **Customer and Sales Support Administrator** to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations by providing exceptional administrative support to our sales team and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately process customer orders, including raising Purchase Orders and managing them through our CRM systems
- Support sales reporting and assist with basic data analysis to track performance and identify opportunities
- Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team, including the preparation of documents and submission materials
- Make outbound sales calls to promote and grow sales of our products
- Contact customers to confirm orders, provide status updates, and resolve any issues or concerns
- Perform clerical and administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and supporting office tasks as needed
- Previous experience in **sales, sales support, or administrative roles**:

- Excellent **customer service skills** with a focus on creating positive customer experiences
- Strong **organisational skills** with the ability to **multi-task and prioritise tasks** effectively
- High level of **attention to detail** and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to **work independently** while contributing to a **team-based environment**:

- Great **problem-solving skills** and the ability to think on your feet
- A **quick learner** with lots of initiative - a true **self-starter**:

- Proficiency in computer systems, including **CRM platforms** (such as Pronto and Xero) and **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
