**Your new role awaits**

Our AR team is on the lookout for an **Accounts Receivable Officer** to join us at Coates national head office in Mascot, which is conveniently located a short two-minute walk from Mascot Train Station and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and gyms.

Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of Coates’ top tier customer accounts, ensuring that invoicing, account collection, and relationship management are efficiently maintained.

You’ll also have the option to work from home 2 days a week.

**A typical day for you**
- Manage invoicing via Ariba portal
- Liaising with Commercial Managers and C-suite
- Customer account/payment allocations and relationship management
- Managing our customer’s adherence to Certificate of Currency
- Maintain compliance with established SLA’s with the BU’s
- Provide timely and relevant reporting to management
- Reconciliations of customer accounts

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Experience in a similar role high value portfolio
- Experience managing top tier client accounts
- MS Office skills including advanced Excel
- High accuracy and analytical skills
- Certification in finance or credit management - beneficial
