**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Receptionist**to join our **South Brisbane Support Office**.
As our Receptionist, you will be based at the front desk and be the first point of contact for our guests and team members, ensuring everyone is greeted with a warm and professional welcome. You will also play a key role in managing office logistics, providing administrative support across the business, supporting systems for our People & Culture (P&C) Team, and acting as a cultural ambassador for Fitness and Lifestyle Group.
**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
- Exceptional customer service to visitors and team members
- Managing inbound phone calls and shared inboxes
- Booking meetings and managing meeting room calendars
- General office logistics such as mail, stationary orders, and other tasks as required
- Coordination of office events
- Act as a cultural ambassador and provide support in driving engagement initiatives
- Administrative support to our P&C team which may include general systems support, conducting visa checks and coordination of the Employee Service Recognition Program
- General ad-hoc overflow admin support for office across all departments
**About You**:
A self-motivated team player, you are proactive and outgoing. You will also present with:
- 1-2 years proven experience in a customer centric or admin role.
- Intermediate knowledge across Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional, friendly and warm telephone manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail
- Interest in health and fitness
