We are after someone who is outgoing, bubbly and has great people skills. An ability to cope under pressure in a fast pace environment. Our practice opens from 6:30am, and closes at 6:30pm throughout the week, so we're looking for someone who is flexible with working hours.

**Tasks**:

- Taking phone calls, welcoming practice members and making appointments
- Office and administration tasks
- Maintaining and cleaning office and adjusting rooms.
- Supporting chiropractors and administrative and management staff

**To be successful for this position you will require**:

- **Minimum 1+ years experience in a receptionist role**:

- Flexibility to work shifts in the morning and evening.
- Confident with computers.
- Exceptional phone manner.
- Ability to cope under pressure, multitask and enjoy working in a busy practice
- Great organisational skills
- Positive, willing and eager attitude
- A desire to be challenged and learn new skills

The role will be 15 hours/20 hrs per week on a casual basis. With a family health care package included.
