**About the role**:
CSR is seeking an experienced **Product Lead** to be based at **North Ryde** and to take ownership of our product portfolio, delivering strong performance, volume growth, and industry-leading quality.

**As the Product Lead you will**:

- Develop and execute a full product strategy to drive category growth and profitability.
- Lead a team of product specialists to unlock new market opportunities.
- Increase product profitability through new product development and lifecycle management.
- Position the range as a market leader in quality and innovation.
- Manage the product roadmap with competitor insights, market research, and trend analysis.
- Work closely with supply chain & manufacturing teams to optimise product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards while managing product quality and warranties.
- Provide technical support to sales teams and customers, delivering training and product content.

**What you bring to the role**

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- 5+ years' experience in product management.
- A keen eye for detail with a strong technical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in decorative selection and trend forecasting.
- Moderate knowledge of the building industry, compliance, and standards.
- A tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
