**Job Description** What You’ll Be Doing**:
✨ **Brand Strategy Mastermind**: Develop game-changing strategies that elevate brand equity and fuel growth for our dental brands across Australia and New Zealand. Dive deep into market trends, consumer insights, and competition to create a winning brand narrative.
**Campaign Captain**: Lead the charge on marketing campaigns that excite and engage. Work with your team to launch innovative campaigns that really _connect_ with patients.
**Content & Social Media Pro**: Build buzz Create standout content strategies and manage social media channels with an eye on engagement and performance.
**PR Guru**: Manage our brand’s voice in the media. Build strong relationships with journalists, handle PR events, and keep our reputation sparkling.
**Events & Partnerships Extraordinaire**: Spearhead exciting events and meaningful partnerships that enhance brand visibility and build lasting connections.
**Team Leader**: Lead a team of brand champions, nurturing creativity, collaboration, and success at every step.
**Qualifications** What You Bring to the Table**:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Bonus points for an MBA)
8+ years of experience growing brands and leading marketing teams
Expertise in social media, PR, events, and content creation
Bonus: Experience in the dental or healthcare industry
