**About the role**
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the executive team, the Chief Product and Marketing Officer is responsible for creating innovative product and marketing strategies that drive increased awareness, penetration, revenue, relevance and respect among its target audience. Inspiring a high performing team and managing key partners and stakeholder relationships, the appointee will provide strategic leadership to define and lead the Bank’s product and marketing strategy through the identification of target markets, segments and future opportunities, and develop product and marketing road maps including product positioning and pricing, ensuring differentiation across target markets. Key to the role is ensuring a seamless member experience and growing new revenue and member acquisition across digital channels.

**About you**
You are an authentic marketing and product executive, with experience driving contemporary customer experience outcomes in the banking sector. An outstanding people leader, you possess best-practice skills in marketing acquisition and retention, product innovation, digital marketing and programs, and brand strategy. Your sharp commercial acumen, understanding of ROI and expertise in using data and voice of the customer to inform strategy, are underpinned by your strong stakeholder management skills, high emotional intelligence and an agile working style. Your desire to truly champion the Bank’s culture and purpose, embodying its values will see you set the Bank apart by growing member engagement, product penetration and revenue while uniting its people to create an optimised, personalised and digitally enabled member experience.
