Well Established State Gov is looking for a well-experienced Organisational Change Manager

A well-established state government organisation with a mission to deliver essential services for the community and secure a sustainable and healthy community, by managing and protecting the city’s water supply, ensuring reliable, high-quality drinking water is available now and into the future.

**Your new role**

As an Organisational Change Manager you will:

- Manage change according to the consistent change in methodology (PCI - people centred change)
- Manage Change of several projects spread over different timelines and different stakeholder groups (Projects include upgrading M365, upgrade of their finance system, ensuring external comms to relevant vendors on the change and migration of business functions)
- Ensure effective communication of vision of change
- Support facilitation of workshops
- Support the business and relevant stakeholders along with stakeholder mapping and engagement
- Manage impact analysis - risks and mitigation
