We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our small and dynamic team at the Jewish National Fund of Australia (NSW Division). This full-time role is not just a job, but a key part of our team. You'll be integral to the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies, donor communications, and high-impact events that support our environmental, educational, and community development work in Israel and Australia.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position offers the exciting opportunity to lead marketing initiatives, enhance brand presence, and deepen engagement with a diverse donor base. It's a chance to grow and learn in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Coordinate large and small-scale community fundraising and donor events, from planning through post-event reporting.
- Create branded marketing content including EDMs, newsletters, advertisements, and donor materials.
- Manage the organisation’s online presence, including website content, registration pages, and social media channels.
- Liaise with media outlets and prepare press releases, advertisements, and event coverage materials.
- Maintain CRM records and use data insights to drive donor engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and community partners, including schools, youth groups, and national JNF offices.

Selection Criteria - Essential
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, preferably university degree at Bachelor level or higher.
- Preferably demonstrated experience in a similar marketing and events coordination role, preferably in a not-for-profit or fundraising organisation, where you have successfully led the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills for a range of audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress) and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management, organisational, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
- Experience working in not-for-profit, Jewish community, or fundraising organisations.
- Familiarity with Raisely, Salesforce, or similar fundraising platforms.
- Hebrew language skills or cultural fluency (advantageous but not required).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
