***THE ROLE**

Reporting to the GM of Marketing, this role is responsible for driving key strategy and planning, campaigns and marketing initiatives across our Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Development and execute the regional brand marketing strategy and plan
- Define regional objectives, audience targeting and brand positioning
- Act as the regional brand guardian, ensuring all touch points align to global brand guidelines and Tone of Voice
- Manage CRM and EDM Strategy
- End to end management of regional campaigns from inception through to execution
- Manage brand PR in collaboration with PR agencies on press office and our projects.
- Identify, engage, and partner with Brand Ambassadors and Influencers
- Analyse customer/audience insights and market trends
- Website management

**Travel Requirements**
- Some international travel required

**We would love to talk to you if you have**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- 5+ years experience in a brand, marketing function
- A passion for travel
- Proven experience of devising and implementing brand and marketing strategies
- Proven ability to build and develop strong B2B relationships
- Possess a high level of business acumen
