- Following 5 years of organic hypergrowth in Asia Pacific; expanding out of Australia into Singapore and Japan, NCC Group APAC is looking for a VP Sales to join the next stage of continued rapid-growth across the region.
The VP Sales needs to be able to manage at a distance both individual contributors and sales management across multiple geographies and time-zones. They must understand variances in business culture across Australia and Asia Pacific.
- They need to have experience in Professional and Managed Services and be able to drive volume transactional sales whilst evolving a high-value, high-growth and sustainable GTM strategy.
- The VP Sales needs to demonstrate the ability to grow the business and develop their personal growth in line with the business growth. Operating in a (100+ person) business unit today, with ambitions to double in size and more over the next few years.

The Opportunity- Lead and coach Sales Managers, Operations and External and Internal Sales teams.-
- Liaise and support Asia Pacific Country Managers and Global Service Line Leaders.-
- Own our GTM and grow pipeline and sales, contributing to profitable revenue growth.-
- Own the Sales Planning, Cadence and Forecasting and contribute to regional strategy formation and implementation.-
- Identify and communicate our value proposition-
- Research and build competitive advantage through a detailed understanding of market and industry conditions.Key Performance indicators- Sales, forecasting and order mix-
- Cost Centre control-
- Sales execution and GTM maturity-
- Customer experience (CSAT and NPS) scoresEssential Skills- Demonstrable experience in managing, coaching and mentoring high-performing, consultative Sales teams to deliver on growth targets and objectives.-
- Demonstrable ability to design sales operating plans and effective management and reporting cadence across large teams of 20+-
- Experience of hitting sales targets >A$50m.-
- At least 10 years in Sales Leadership roles.-
- Commercial creativity and the ability to develop innovative and high-value business models and deal structures with clients.-
- Have excellent communication skills and professional manner; attention to detail and an eye for quality in written communication.-
- Strong negotiation skills.-
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and work GP level accounting for Sales function and Deal Level P&Ls. The ability to accurately analyse and forecast growth.-
- Ability to design and implement advanced go to market strategies for Professional and Managed Services.-
- Ability to manage multiple relationships across a broad range of functionally diverse internal stakeholders across multiple geographic regions.-
- Consistently managed C-level customer relationships.-
- Extensive business enterprise networking relationships.-
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues.-
