Storypark is a purpose-driven SaaS company supporting early childhood education (ECE) services across New Zealand, Australia, and North America., we're the ANZ market leader in family engagement and pedagogical documentation, now expanding into comprehensive childcare management solutions with strong traction in Canada. Loved by customers and trusted by educators, Storypark is a well-recognised brand across early childhood communities in ANZ.
We're entering an accelerated growth phase and require an executive sales leader to drive the next stage of Storypark's expansion.
The Role
We're gearing up for rapid expansion, and we need a VP of Sales who's ready to drive our growth. This role isn't just about hitting targets — it's about partnering with our CEO and exec team to build a future-focused sales strategy that will fuel our growth into new markets and in new ways.
You're a hands-on leader who loves building relationships and nurturing our customers. You're comfortable identifying a lead then getting out there to quantify it. You'll have the freedom to influence how we win globally.
What You'll Do
- Lead the revenue growth across Australia, New Zealand, and North America
- Own and personally close our largest strategic enterprise deals
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create best-in-class forecasting and pipeline management to ensure predictable, sustainable growth
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on demand and accelerate deals
- Work with the our leaders to ensure customer insights and financial data shape our strategy
- Represent Storypark at industry events and boost our profile in the marketplace
Who You Are
- 10+ years in SaaS sales, with proven success scaling revenue in similar sized businesses at a similar stage
- Experienced managing remote teams across ANZ and North America
- Skilled at navigating and closing complex enterprise sales in regulated or service industries
- Adept at designing scalable sales structures, processes, and incentive plans
- Confident communicator with strong presence, able to engage with executives, boards, and investors
- Deep understanding of SaaS organisations, value-based pricing, and customer journey optimisation
