**The opportunity**

The North Service Centre is responsible for servicing advisers and clients on the North Platform. The North Consultant role encompasses call centre and administration responsibilities to deliver a superior level of service that consistently meets and often exceeds the expectations of AMP’s advisers and clients.

**How you will make an impact**

Working in an evolving and a continually growing business, this role offers a fast paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide a high level of end to end customer service to North Advisers and Clients through administrative processing and handling of inbound/outbound telephone queries
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the product and platform
- Conduct online training & coaching with Advisers & practice staff
- Analyse difficult and new exceptions and queries to determine appropriate solutions
- Identify areas of improvement and assist in establishment of work practices

**What you will bring to the role**
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt your style to delivers messages in a concise and confident manner
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with your stakeholders
- Problem solving skills with a focus on achieving a positive outcome for the customer
- Open mindset and learning agility to keep up to date with new information
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and priorities workload to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a financial advice office or similar environment will be highly regarded.
- Superannuation, platforms, managed funds, financial planning, financial market and or/investments knowledge and familiarity with related regulations is highly desirable.
- Diploma of financial planning/services or equivalent preferred.
