This highly regarded organisation is known for providing programs and workshops that aims to improve the wellbeing of Australians and support those living with mental illness. Partnering with a Federal Government Department the organisation aims to make a meaningful impact to the Australian community through a national network of services.

To assist with ongoing offerings and support improved services, there is a requirement for a Program Coordinator to join the team in Victoria to ensure the organisation is continually supporting its field partners.

Reporting to the Program Director, the successful Program Coordinator will be across several functions such as program coordination, training, facilitation and promotion. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the regions program with internal stakeholders nationally and locally in the Victorian region
- Assist with selection, orientation and resourcing of suitably qualified and experienced counsellors
- Facilitate the delivery of high quality clinical services in rural and outer metropolitan areas by working with colleagues
- Provide high quality clinical services including intake, assessment and referral, evidence based counselling and case management
- Form partnerships with a variety of external stakeholders and parties with the goal of meeting the identified needs of communities, individuals and families
- Participate in community development and service promotion activities
- Take part in program evaluation and research activities that assist with ongoing strategic development

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Qualifications as a registered Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist or a Mental Health Registered Nurse with full **AHPRA registration**

OR
- A current Working with Children and/or Vulnerable People Checks
- Working history within the mental health and wellbeing industry delivering programs to groups and individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Possess organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage work loads
- A current driver’s licence with the ability to travel (if required) for site visits
