As a **Learning Analyst**, you will help develop and maintain the Financial Crime Remediation training materials in line with approved Work Instructions and Guides, as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Learning Lead, you will identify opportunities to uplift the capability by analysing QA and Customer Experience outcomes.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Provide support, exchange of information, joint problem solving, coaching and guidance for peers and team members
- Ensure training materials are up to date and regularly maintained in line with Work Instructions
- Conduct regular review, evaluation and monitoring of capability solutions to ensure best practice methodology is adhered to
- Contribute to training and capability activities in line with Enterprise policy, procedure and regulatory requirements
- Help design and maintain reporting and digital learning materials
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role, and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified
- Take responsibility for ongoing learning and take feedback onboard from People Leader
- Contribute to the induction and continued upskilling of new team members
**Key Skills**:
- Demonstrated ability to support coaching and learning in financial services
- Experience working within a complex environment managing competing priorities
- Learning design skills highly regarded
- Ability to work in a team & independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with learners and stakeholders
- Ability to receive and act on stakeholder feedback
