We are seeking a **LMS & Organisational Development Advisor**to join our Capability, Development and Learning (CD&L) team in our National Office in Bundall on the Gold Coast, on a 9-month full time maternity leave contract - Starting in early April and ending around end of November.
The LMS & Organisational Development Advisor is**a key member of the CD&L team and plays a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the LMS and supports organisational development projects and initiatives while actively promoting a learning culture. This role is also responsible for systems administration of our learning management system (AUSMED) - integrating with IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure we configure and optimise our learning management system.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Perform systems administration duties including user maintenance, environment management and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and our vendor with ongoing maintenance of the LMS to improve the learner experience.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for integration with business units.
- Identify and create appropriate reporting mechanisms and contribute to the data strategy.
- Support and assist the CD&L Manager with design, development, delivery and evaluation of contemporary organisational and capability development programs and initiatives.
**Key skills and experience**:
- A degree or formal Human Resources qualifications and ideally 3+ years in a LMS or Organisational Development advisory role.
- Proven extensive knowledge of AUSMED LMS systems and administration.
- Proven skill in HR data reporting; HR data analytics; generation of complex data queries to solve business needs.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to lead, coach, influence, and drive outcomes.
- Ability to learn and desire to continuously develop as a result from feedback provided by residents and managers.
- Previous experience in an aged care or health setting is desirable.
