Australia’s trusted Greek media outlet, _Neos Kosmos_, is seeking someone with proven customer service, sales, and office support experience to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is community focused, customer relationship driven and used to meeting strict deadlines, without compromising attention to detail or quality of service.

You must be digitally savvy and be able to demonstrate the ability to learn systems and processes within a fast paced digital and print environment.

Some of the key duties you will perform are:

- Maintaining regular contact with clients
- Processing advertising sales bookings
- Processing community notices
- Maintaining client records and subscription renewals
- Working closely with our active Production department
- Providing sales and editorial support as needed
- Answering customer queries
Good time management is a necessity, as is fluent written and oral language skills in both Greek and English.

Ορισμένα από τα βασικά καθήκοντα σας θα είναι:

- Να διατηρείτε τακτική επικοινωνία με τους αναγνώστες και τους πελάτες
- Επεξεργασία κρατήσεων για πωλήσεις διαφημίσεων
- Επεξεργασία ανακοινώσεων παροικιακών οργανισμών και συλλόγων
- Διατήρηση αρχείου πελατών και ανανέωση συνδρομών
- Στενή συνεργασία με το τμήμα παραγωγής
- Παροχή υποστήριξης σε πωλήσεις και σύνταξη κειμένων, όποτε είναι αναγκαίο
- Ενημέρωση πελατών και απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματά τους
Απαραίτητο προσόν είναι η ορθή διαχείριση χρόνου, καθώς και η πολύ καλή γνώση, της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο.
