**YOUR ROLE**

We have an opportunity for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our community-minded WFI family on Permanent fulltime basis. You'll work with new and existing valued clients and assist them with their insurance needs.

You'll need a customer first approach, so we can continue to build on our goal of being 'Great people to know'. **ABOUT YOU
- Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
- Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
- Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary)
- Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
