Key Responsibilities:
Carry out installations of Rooftop Solar systems on domestic and commercial
Act as a team leader during installations
Ensure the team is workings safe and efficient to the scheduled time frame of the job
Conduct site visits when required and speak with customers regarding the installations
Stay up to date with requirements and standards to ensure the team is following all relevant requirements
Ability to fault find of general electrical equipment
Supervise apprentices
Other duties that are given by management

Competencies:
Electrical license
Current driver’s license
White Card
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently unsupervised
Great communication and positive attitude
Working at Heights and EWP certification is ideal or willing to obtain
Willing to obtain a police check
Working towards CEC accreditation
Experience leading teams, and managing / supervision of apprentices and trainees
Able to understand AS3000
