Love building connections, driving impact, and thinking outside the box? One day you're unlocking customer value, the next launching an epic partner integration, and then representing GreenSketch at an industry event. Partnerships, customer success, and pure impact—this role has it all.

What You'll Do

Partnerships

  • Build relationships with partners, tech vendors, and integrations.
  • Spot new opportunities and bring them to life with Product & Engineering.
  • Launch creative joint go-to-market campaigns (think co-marketing & webinars).
  • Fly the GreenSketch flag at conferences and trade shows.

Customer Success

  • Be the go-to advisor for onboarding, insights, and ongoing success.
  • Map customer goals and show how GreenSketch helps them smash targets.
  • Champion customer feedback to influence product & partnerships.
  • Keep engagement high and satisfaction sky-rocketing.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in partnerships, customer success, or biz dev at a SaaS/tech company.
  • SaaS ecosystems, APIs, and integrations knowledge.
  • Confident, creative communicator.
  • Proactive self-starter who turns ideas into action.
  • Natural relationship-builder with strong negotiation skills.

Bonus Points

  • Renewable energy, solar, or design software experience.
  • CRM & customer success tools familiarity.
  • Strong SaaS or clean tech network.
