**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Trainer to join our established L&D team
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to facilitate training material created by our very own content specialists and support new team members through their first few weeks in the business.
**What will you do**:
- Facilitate approved and up to date training material
- Create a positive and supportive environment
- Manage new team members and provide coaching where necessary
- Share new ideas to help continuously improve the training program
- Provide reports and data to the Training Delivery Lead
- Ensure new team members understand all processes and procedures
- Manage attendance and adherence to schedules
**Qualifications**:
**What you need**:
- Cert IV Training and Assessment (required)
- A flexible and consistent approach
- Understands the key to our success is through coaching and development
- Highly motivated, goal orientated, focused and driven
- Belief that an excellent customer experience and advocacy is paramount
- Confidence, resilience and calmness under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- You must be located in Melbourne
- Have full working rights within Australia
