The Corporate Services division supports the organisation with expert advice and support in Financial, IT, Strategic, Commercial, Property and Procurement matters. Our teams ensure optimised systems and processes are in place to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
**About the Team**
The Service Centre is an important part of the Corporate Services division delivering expert advice and support in people, financial, procurement and property matters in addition to supporting various services provided to the general public of NSW.
**The opportunity**
Right now, we have a Permanent Full time opportunity for a Technical Trainer to join the Service Centre Team based at Burwood Office.
TfNSW offers Hybrid/Flexible working arrangements with a balance of office and work from home options.
You will ensure employees have an exceptional learning journey as they develop the competencies required to undertake their work in a skilled, safe and effective manner, as required by the organisation’s technology policies and standards.
**What you will be involved in,**
- Develop key deliverables including Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Management Plans and coordinate training activities.
- Design and develop training materials in print, digital and video formats, as required, to support, new learners, skill development and system and software implementation.
- Working with various stakeholders, internal and external, to identify training needs.
- Deliver all training programs directly to end users or via the agreed Train the Trainer model
- Maintain training and assessment documentation, in accordance with appropriate records management systems and procedures and legislative requirements, to support accreditation and play an active role in protecting the information assets and intellectual property of the organisation.
- Continually enhance learning delivery methods in line with emerging learning and development trends
**About you**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in instructional design principles in print, digital and video formats and experience in designing and delivering classroom/ Remote based training programs.
- Demonstrated experience in a large complex and fast paced contact centre environment is mandatory.
- Proven skills in developing training materials, including training videos and e-learning modules.
- Advanced communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in use of key computer business systems, and competency in all the major business and office software. (Preference for ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently, plan and work to priorities to meet pre-determined deliverables and outcomes within established timelines.
- Be a highly disciplined, self-starting member of a dynamic team.
- Current driver’s license where required.
- Willingness to work and travel to regional locations, as required.

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 7 ($108,770.00 - $121,822.00) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
