Childcare Construction Supervisor

We’re looking for a **Construction Supervisor** who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth on-site operations, maintaining health & safety standards, and leading a team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. If you have the passion to manage important projects, solve challenges on the fly, and ensure everything runs smoothly - **we want YOU** **What You'll Do**: - Lead and supervise a talented team / external service providers to ensure top-notch quality and efficiency. - Manage daily operations and make sure the job is done on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. - Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a sharp eye on safety, quality, and compliance. - Be the go-to person for problem-solving, project updates, and keeping everyone on track. - Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies that shape the future of construction. **What We're Looking For**: - Strong leadership skills - You know how to get the best out of your team. - Proven experience in construction supervision or project management - Ability to handle multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and maintain calm under pressure. - Qualification in Building & Construction related degree or diploma - A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the residential construction industry - Strong computer literacy skills including ability to use Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills - Ability to take responsibility for project outcomes - Ability to set own goals and work independently - Ability to lead and manage a Project Team to meet the desired outcomes - Eye for detail - Self-motivated and strong work ethic - Tier 2" supervise small to mid-sized infrastructure projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Why Join Us?** - Competitive salary with great benefits. - Opportunity to work on exciting, high-profile projects. - A supportive work environment where your skills and ideas are valued. - Career growth potential with endless opportunities to learn and develop. - Start in February 2025.
