As an Application Specialist you will be providing systems support to RAC Finance (RACF) through shaping, executing and supporting key initiatives across the business. This will allow us to enhance and expand our service offerings to achieve more for our members.

This is a full time permanent role.

What will you be doing?
- Application Support and Reporting: Provide functional and technical support for RACF systems including DACB, Quicklink, and other RACF systems managing their respective queues, and support the Reporting Analyst - Business Applications by running reports in their absence, assisting with report creation and development, and ongoing report maintenance using Power BI
- System Integration and Design: Collaborate on information and operational support system design, aligning technology with business needs
- Training and Documentation: Create, update, and maintain training materials and documentation for RAC Finance
- Process Improvement and Change Management: Identify and implement system process improvements, fostering adoption of changes within RAC Finance and across the organisation

What are we looking for in you?
- Previous experience with Financial software is desirable
- Intermediate Power BI knowledge
- Jira and Confluence experience highly regarded
