**Job Description: Partner at Blitz-Growth Marketing Agency**
**About Us**We're a performance-led digital agency, known for our expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising. We focus on fast-moving, scalable creative strategies that combine strong visuals, sharp messaging, and measurable impact. We're looking for a **Partner** to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our clients and shaping growth strategies for the agency that drive exceptional results.
**Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy and Management**
As a Partner at Blitz, you play a key leadership role in shaping and executing the agency’s strategic direction across service innovation, client growth, operational systems, and financial planning. You are responsible for expanding the agency’s capabilities, scaling revenue and profitability, and building the foundations for long-term, sustainable growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and refine the overall strategic direction for growth and service portfolio of the agency in alignment with company vision and board guidance.
- Identifies and leads the launch of new marketing services (e.g., Google Ads, content creation), including hiring, training, and overseeing specialist teams.
- Build and grow a new portfolio of clients and services.
- Support clients portfolio with marketing strategy advisory and implementation of key services.
- Drive business development by sourcing and converting new client opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth.
- Design and implement scalable internal processes and automation for client onboarding, account management, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate on company-wide growth strategy, while defining and managing an individual activity portfolio including forecasting, P&L ownership, cost control and service performance.
- Support broader company forecasting, resource planning and financial target setting, contributing to consolidated agency budgets and strategic growth plans.
- Participate in executive-level decision-making, regularly consulting with co-founders to review proposals, performance data, and recommendations.
- Represent the agency in client meetings, commercial negotiations, industry events, and partnerships.
- Oversee and approve hiring decisions for key service roles within their portfolio, ensuring team fit and capability alignment.
- Ensure operational and legal compliance with applicable business regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications & SkillsExperience**
- 5+ years as a company Director or Partner.
- 5+ years experience in marketing, digital advertising or a related field.

- Strategy and problem solving
- Marketing strategy and digital marketing expertise
- Microsoft Excel (advanced)
- Exposure to AI tools for marketing workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, etc.).
- Familiarity with Meta and TikTok content and advertising best practices, including platform-specific trends, formats, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client-facing responsibilities.
**Salary**
- Base salary: $180,100 per annum excl. superannuation
- Bonus salary available based on performance
**Start date & Location**
- Start date: August 2025
- Location: Sydney, Australia. Remote possible.
Pay: $180,100.00 per year
