Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Lawyer located in Sydney, NSW. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients regarding Partner Migration cases. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and submitting visa applications, managing client consultations, drafting legal documents, and representing clients at tribunals and appeals. The lawyer will also keep up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and policies, ensuring compliance and best practice.

Qualifications
  • Legal advice, legal representation, and immigration law expertise
  • Experience in preparing and submitting visa applications and legal documentation
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to handle complex cases and provide comprehensive legal advice
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Australian immigration law
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
  • Admission to practice as a lawyer in Australia
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting
  • Experience in representing clients in tribunals and appeals is an advantage
