The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support and enhance our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing supply, demand, and production planning for assigned brands, coordinating transport bookings, and ensuring the accurate and timely handling of importation and operational documentation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless and efficient execution across all aspects of the supply chain, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage supply, demand, and production planning for assigned brands to meet inventory and customer requirements

·Coordinate and book transport for Partner Brands, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics execution

·Collate, verify, and upload importation documents into internal systems accurately and on time

·Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transport or documentation issues

·Liaise with suppliers, logistics provider, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations

·Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and planning data

·Generate reports and provide insights to support supply chain decision-making

·Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency

About You

·Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field

·1-3 years experience in supply chain coordination, logistics and production planning

·Highly proficient in MS Excel and has experience with ERP systems

·Familiarity with international shipping

·Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively

·Experience with major Australian retailer processes and portals.

·Experience managing global freight
