Our client is a market leader in the space and are constantly pushing the boundaries to deliver best in market technology to their growing client base across the globe.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager - ANZ, you will play a crucial role as part of the technology solution team in the delivery of IoT technology products to the market. You’ll represent the brand as a trusted advisor across digital technology signage solutions working closely with key partners such as Google and Microsoft.

**Your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers and by matching specific client requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Work closely with Solution Marketing and Management teams to stay current on company product and services.
- Deliver technical and sales-oriented presentations to clients
- Be the technical point of contact and technology expert to the customer.

Ideally, you will have strong knowledge of the IT/ AV industry with a technical background understanding cloud and device based solutions. A sound knowledge of network infrastructure would be highly regarded as would experience with CMS SaaS platforms, although not essential.

You will be naturally inquisitive with clear and confident communication skills and a passion for first class customer service. This may be your first step in a technology consulting role, but your enthusiasm and passion for AV, IoT technologies ensure you have a long career ahead of you. Training will be provided to the right individual.
