We are a dynamic and growing company operating at the intersection of property development, real estate project marketing, and property funding. Our mission is to bring visionary projects to life, support developers through tailored funding solutions, and connect investors with high-potential opportunities. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Contractor to help elevate our online presence across key digital platforms.

**Role Overview**:
This role requires a versatile and strategic thinker who can create and manage social media content that reflects the unique voice and goals of each company. From showcasing luxury developments and marketing campaigns to demystifying property funding, you’ll be telling compelling stories that engage a range of target audiences—from investors to homebuyers to industry professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain separate but complementary content calendars for each brand
- Create engaging posts tailored to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Design high-quality graphics and short videos using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Write clear, informative, and persuasive captions that speak to different audiences (e.g., investors, buyers, developers)
- Coordinate with the internal team to stay aligned on development milestones, funding opportunities, and campaign timelines

**Requirements**:

- Strong content portfolio demonstrating ability to shift tone and style for different brands
- Proficiency in content creation tools and scheduling platforms
- Excellent written English and strong understanding of social media trends
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 30 per week
