**How will I help?**

As the Regional General Manager, you will be Westpac's representative in your region. Building a strong profile and productive working relationships in the local community is essential.

As an RGM you will lead a team of Bank Managers who know their customers in their local market better than anyone else in their region. You will Build and sustain a constructive, achievement oriented and customer centric culture and gather, analyse and use customer data and competitor intelligence to identify business opportunities.

You will also deliver profitable business performance and focus on delighting our customers by meeting their SME, Consumer and Wealth needs.

**What do I need?**

Your attitude and enthusiasm for driving business performance and delivering for our customers are as important to us as your experience.

To be successful in this role you will have previous people and business unit leadership experience in a customer focused environment along with highly developed business acumen and understanding of the banking/financial services market.

Integrity and good judgement to lead clearly and transparently through periods of instability and change is essential and so is a solid background in sales management and coaching that will assist you in developing a successful sales team
