The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our established team.

This role coordinates all material movement requests, logístical operations, including marine vessel, goods and equipment import and export, warehousing, supply base activities and transportation (air, sea and road).

Duties include:

- Daily coordination of the logistics functions ensuring best practice of processes and procedures, to aid and improve operational and financial performance;
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations, liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and clients;
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs and provide regular updates to Project Delivery Teams;
- Conduct audits for all required 3rd party logistics support service providers and ensure processes are in-line with Fugro sustainability targets.

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role/ industry, who will enjoy being part of a committed team, working together and also independently. Your success in securing this role will require:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role/ industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle competing priorities
- Experience working with ERP systems
