**About the opportunity**

We are on the lookout for a driven and self-motivated
**QLD Area Development Manager -** to join PICA Group to support our 13 ACE Body Corporate Management franchisee’s. Our ACE Head Office is located in Melbourne, this position will be based remotely however you will have the option of using the comforts of our PICA offices in either Brisbane or Southport
**. I**n this role you will assist our ACE Franchisees create and prepare business pans, marketing plans and drive new business. In this role you will wear multiple hats, one being to train and coach the franchises and in particular help onboard new franchisees.

Reporting directly to the
**General Manager, ACE Body Corporate Management,** as the Queensland Area Development Manager you will have direct accountability for
- Assist the franchisees in creating and preparing business and marketing plans
- Assist franchisees with delivering their marketing plans in their area
- Assist ACE Strata management with preparing and updating policies
- Work with franchisees to ensure their strata knowledge is up to date
- Provide a high level of customer service to all franchisees

In this role you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, put your strata expertise to good use, show off your exceptional time management skills, develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, work across multiple systems and software, and be responsible for your own admin. **About you**

Ideally you will have
- Minimum 5 years proven strata management experience
- Experience in engaging clients to obtain referrals and new business
- A passion for customer service and you are outcome-focused
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to flex between Brisbane and Gold Coast properties
