This is a full-time role, based in Brisbane and will involve regular travel across regional QLD to ensure consistent support across our operations.

**In this role, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Undertake routine site visits to Otraco contracts in the region and accomplish the applicable Scope of Works.
- Prepare client reports that meet Otraco’s professional standards. These should include recommendations on any factor affecting tyre performance and costs.
- Assist the Otraco site teams to comply with Otraco and Client policies, procedures and instructions, as well as relevant contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform internal and external audits that focus on system compliance, safety and tyre management
- Promote a culture of continual improvement and ‘best practice’ across Otraco project teams.
- Regularly meet with client representatives to discuss tyre performance and Otraco’s service.
- Conduct tyre operator awareness and tyre safety awareness training.
- Conduct audits of Suppliers and assessment of Products to ensure effective delivery of service to clients.
- Assist with the development of the Otraco Group’s market share, through active promotion of our array of Earthmover Tyre Management Services.
- Develop and lodge monthly invoicing for responsible sites
- Actively promote a safety culture across all projects that targets zero harm to personnel and the environment.
- Ensure that relevant legislative requirements are complied with on site.
- Assist with the investigation of hazards, incidents and unsafe work conditions and equipment, and eliminate or reduce risks to acceptable levels.
- Ensure that incidents are reported, investigated and that follow up actions are implemented.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing Safe Work Procedures, to encourage the adoption of ‘best practice’ across all Otraco operations. Authorise Safe Work Procedures and ensure that they are implemented by the supervisor
- Promote Zero Harm - commit to working safely, taking care of each other by cautioning people if an unsafe act is being performed, and welcome colleagues to do the same to you also. Recognise that people can make mistakes but take that additional step to report behaviour which continues to be unsafe.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

- Extensive industry experience (10+ years) in the fitting of OTR tyres and the management of mine based OTR operations
- Extensive supervisory/area manager experience, specifically the ability to provide support to geographically dispersed team
- Current light vehicle/heavy vehicle (as required) driver’s licence - Essential
- AUR21920, AUR21916 or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs, including Excel & Word
- Good knowledge of OHS legislation, discipline and practice
- Auditing Qualifications or previous auditing experience would be advantageous (not essential)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (Desired not essential)
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management (Desired not essential)
