Our client, an ASX 100 top performer, is seeking a Corporate Communications and PR Manager to join the team.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to drive business growth and achieve operational objectives
- Liaise with internal and external parties to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that reach target audiences and represent the company’s culture
- Analyse marketing data (campaign results, analytics, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and direction for business the business
- Identify trends and market conditions to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant
- Lead the execution of marketing, corporate social responsibility and internal programs, driving collaboration between the marketing team, management and related stakeholders
- Manage market research efforts and identify growth opportunities and market gaps
- Manage the execution of internal and external events as required
- Manage the internal marketing team to deliver the above objectives
- Oversee marketing budget, allocate resources and prepare monthly reports to stakeholders and the board
