**Your new company**
A global civil construction contractor working on some of Victoria’s major infrastructure projects.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Director, you’ll develop and implement highly impactful sustainability and climate change projects and policies. You’ll:

- Develop and implement sustainability documentation to demonstrate compliance with contractual requirements
- Be responsible for sustainability ratings, ESG benchmarking tools and reporting requirements
- Manage the performance and professional development of the sustainability team

**What you'll need to succeed**
As well has having tertiary qualifications in sustainability, engineering, earth science, or natural resource management, you’ll have:

- Demonstrated experience as a sustainability lead in the construction and/or engineering industry
