Our company is an international company with its mother company in China, due to the expansion of the company's business, we need to add a warehouse team leader.

**Introduction of the role**:
Warehouse Team Lead is responsible in oversee day to day operations in the warehouse & supporting products need. Ensures all inventories are received, processed and stored in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse for records and traceability. Coordinates daily activities of a team of collection, planning, warehouse members on receiving and dispatch of products, quality inspection and its respective locations. Develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely and efficiently

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Leads a team of warehouse to perform warehousing operations

2. Reviews and updates regularly on the warehouse SOPs and policies and ensures conformance of workplace safety and operations procedures

3. Works out the training plan and conducts periodically periodically training to team members on the latest SOPs and policies

4. Oversees daily picking, packing, dispatching, receiving and after-sales operation based on 6S basic standardised practise - SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE and SECURITY

5. Conducts stock take periodically

6. Sets KPIs for team members and evaluates individual performances, and involves for hiring matters related to the team.

7. Assists freight partners with order collection and unloading

8. Optimizes ERP system and reports bugs to overseas department

9. Works closely with customers and internal stakeholders in ensuring seamless customer delivery

10. Reports on any stock discrepancies

11. Monitors accuracy and organization during unloading/inspection of all inbound/returned product

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous warehouse team leadership experience (at least 2 years, desirable)
- Knowledge of warehousing processes and operations
- Be hands-on and involved in day-to-day tasks.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Must have a current (LF) Forklift Licence.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong South, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse team leadership: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
