We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team at Manchester Factory in Marrickville, Sydney. This casual position is ideal for a school leaver or university student looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and thriving ecommerce environment.

Manchester Factory started as a small family-owned business and has since evolved into a leading homewares ecommerce destination in Australia. With over 30 brands in our product lineup, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and value to our customers. Located conveniently close to public transport in Marrickville, our warehouse serves as the hub of our operations.

Position: Ecommerce All-Rounder Assistant

As an ecommerce all-rounder at Manchester Factory, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute in various areas, ensuring no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Packing online orders: Supporting our team by assisting with order packing during peak periods.

Aid the Marketing Manager: Assisting our marketing manager with various tasks to support our marketing campaigns.

Content Creation for Social Media: Utilizing your knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to create engaging content and assist in our online marketing efforts.

Setting up and Managing Online Products: Collaborating with our team to ensure accurate and appealing product listings on our website.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a basic understanding of social media platforms such as tik tok and instagram. No prior experience to ecommerce is necessary; we will provide on-the-job training. The key attributes we value include:

- Interest in Ecommerce and Social Media
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Comfortable with computers
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Schedule:
This position offers flexibility in hours and is on a casual basis. We understand the importance of work-life balance and do not require weekend availability.
