To help us stay one step ahead a new opportunity has been created for a junior professional with 1-3 years strategic planning or project management experience to support our strategic and operational planning activities.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and supporting the Operations (Strategy, Finance & HR) Team more broadly you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our organisational strategies. You will assist in the development and administration of operational planning processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify, implement, track progress and assess the effectiveness of process improvements and key initiatives.

You will also undertake market research to gather insights that inform strategic decisions, prepare presentations, reports and strategic documents for management and provide administrative support to various operational processes, including meeting logistics and coordination.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans
- Support operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and programs

**About you**

You want to work in the for purpose sector and you are willing to work from the ground up to build foundational skills needed to kick start your management career.
- Bachelor of Business, Management (within the last 3 years)
- Strong interest in strategy, governance & risk management
- Prior experience in a strategy, operations or project support role
- Practical experience collaborating in cross functional working groups
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and a curious mind
- Strong analytical skills with some proficiency in data analysis tools
