**The Role**
- Support the Product Line Manager in the creation and merchandise of seasonal ranges, SMU’s and quick-to-market opportunities, with an end outcome of delivering growth and newness year-on-year.
- Be responsible for executing the product strategy set by the PLM to
sell ranges that deliver sales and profit targets.
- Assist in coordinating the learnings and key insights from (in building & briefing products) retail and consumer insights, accompanied with supporting data to the designers ensuring ranges are built with a focus on target consumer, channel and market positioning.
- work closely with the PLM, Production and Sales departments to articulate precise product needs which grow the brand & league exposure and contribute to the business’ gross profit targets.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist the PLM in the ideation and merchandising of seasonal product ranges relevant to the target consumer and channel
- Together with the PLM, collaborate with both sales and production resources to ensure relevant collections are meeting future season trends and stakeholder expectations
- Build close working relationships with the brand(s)/ leagues via regular communication on the status of the ANZ market in order to achieve accurate product briefing
- Effectively contribute to meeting all critical path range planning timelines and provide feedback to improve the critical path timelines
- Ensure all work practices and standards meet internal goals and are compliant with all industry and government regulations

**You Will Have**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar role (within the apparel industry)
- Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end product development process
- Commercially minded (proven sales background will be strongly advantageous)
- Abreast of current and emerging trends and demonstrated market and consumer insight knowledge
